Merrin Clothing Return Policy
At Merrin Clothing, we want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we gladly accept returns for store credit in the form of a gift card, under the following conditions:
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Item Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or any signs of wear will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Clearance
Bodysuits, swimwear, or intimates
Accessories (including hats, jewelry, scarves, etc.)
Gift cards
Refund Method
Returns are issued back to your original form of payment.
Return Shipping
We will provide you with a shipping label; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The shipping cost will be deducted from your return total.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Merrin Clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Exchange Method
Exchanges can be made for a different size of the same item so you get the perfect fit. If you’d like a different style or color, simply return your item and place a new order. We’ll provide a return shipping label for your convenience — the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit total.
Please note that we must receive and inspect the original item before your new size is shipped out. This helps us ensure a smooth exchange process and maintain the quality standards you expect from Merrin Clothing.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
